These Terms of Use govern access to TrainDesk websites, administrator dashboards, member applications, and related services provided by Neural Evo. By creating an account, booking a demo, or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

TrainDesk provides gym operations software including membership management, subscription tracking, attendance tools, staff workflows, member communications, and reporting dashboards.

Features, pricing, and availability may change over time. Published pricing applies at signup unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Gym operators are responsible for safeguarding administrator credentials and for activity under their workspace.

You must assign staff permissions appropriately and must not attempt to access another gym's data or circumvent platform controls.

Do not use TrainDesk for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.

Do not upload member or employee data you are not authorized to process.

Do not interfere with platform security, availability, or other customers' workspaces.

Gym operators are responsible for providing appropriate notices to members and staff whose data they manage in TrainDesk.

Neural Evo provides the platform infrastructure and support described in the Privacy Policy but does not control gym-specific membership decisions.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Neural Evo disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where legally allowed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neural Evo's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for TrainDesk in the twelve months before the claim.
